Book Reviews

Thyroid patients can really empower themselves by becoming well-read and knowledgeable in all things thyroid. Rachel personally enjoys reading a lot of thyroid books (books on the topic of managing thyroid disease) and also enjoys reviewing them so that other patients know which ones are the most helpful.

You will also find other books that have been helpful in her own thyroid journey here, such as those for mental health and wellbeing too.
