I am excited to share that I was interviewed for episode 46 of the Hashimoto’s Connection podcast and that the episode is now live!

The first podcast I have featured on since returning to work following the birth of my first child, we spoke mainly about my thyroid journey, the contents of my first book and how I have achieved remission.

Sandy, the podcast host, also has Hashimoto’s, so we talk about how to advocate for your own thyroid health and the common experiences thyroid patients often face.

You can listen to it here! It’s also on spotify.

The host, Sandy Robinson, can be found via her website and Instagram page.
