The popularity of podcasts is forever increasing. With the ability to listen to them on the move – perhaps on your daily commute, when completing housework, cooking dinner, getting ready in the morning and just about whenever you want – they are an incredibly useful way to take in information concerning your thyroid health and wellbeing.

The below podcasts are ones that I follow or have listened to in the past and have found useful or insightful in my own experiences as someone with hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, mental health struggles etc.

1. Thyroid Refresh TV

Thyroid Refresh is an online platform that makes living a thyroid healthy lifestyle into a game. This podcast isn’t thyroid specific, but does cover things we can all do to live better from a holistic point of view. Episodes by Dr Chatterjee cover all the topics I speak about on my blog, such as gut health, vitamin and mineral levels (and supplementation), exercising in the right way, managing stress levels and cortisol, and so much more. The big jigsaw puzzle of health is crucial when living well with thyroid disease.
